Independence and trademarks
EV Delivery Check is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Tesla, Inc. in any way.
Tesla, Model 3 and Model Y are trademarks of their respective owner. They are used on this site descriptively, to identify the vehicles the checklist applies to. No logo, wordmark styling or visual identity belonging to the manufacturer is reproduced here.
What the tool provides
The tool provides a structured inspection procedure and a way to record what you observed, together with photographs and notes you supply. The output is a record of your own observations.
It does not inspect the vehicle, does not certify its condition, and does not confirm that a vehicle is free of defects. A completed inspection with no issues recorded means only that no issue was recorded.
Not legal or technical advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice, contractual advice or a technical expertise. Rules on acceptance, documentation, warranty and remedies differ between countries and change over time.
Decisions about accepting, refusing or signing for a vehicle are yours. Where the stakes justify it, take advice from a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction.
No warranty
The site and the checklist are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the project and its authors are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tool or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Your data and your responsibility
Because inspections are stored only in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own copies. Clearing browser storage, losing the device, or using private browsing will remove the inspection, and we cannot recover it.
You are responsible for what you photograph and record, including any personal data belonging to other people that may appear in an image.
Changes and contact
The checklist content is versioned and may change as vehicles and requirements change. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
